Oversells that hurt your rating
One stock number everywhere
Sell the last unit in your shop and on Takealot at once, and you cancel an order. That hurts your seller rating. Your store or ERP stays the source of truth, and Takealot follows it.
Wherehouse turns the product data already in Shopify, WooCommerce, Cin7 Core into Takealot listings shaped to pass QC. You choose what goes live. Then stock and prices stay right on Takealot, so you don’t sell stock you don’t have.
Approved vendor, rated 5/5 by Takealot sellers.

Where your stock lives · stays the source of truth

Listed from your data, then kept in sync
Your books · every fee and invoice
Trusted by South African brands and distributors
Every SKU you list is one more stock number and one more price to keep right. Get either wrong and you cancel orders or sell at a loss.
Oversells that hurt your rating
Sell the last unit in your shop and on Takealot at once, and you cancel an order. That hurts your seller rating. Your store or ERP stays the source of truth, and Takealot follows it.
Prices that leak after fees
A price that works in your shop can lose money once the success fee and fulfilment fee come off. A price rule per channel builds that in, like +10% on Takealot.
Orders retyped by hand
Takealot orders drop into your store or ERP, and stock drops everywhere else. No retyping, no missed picks.
Fees nobody reconciles
Success fees, fulfilment fees and payouts go to Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books, so your books match what Takealot paid.
Four steps, done with you. No loadsheets, and no learning the seller portal.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Cin7 Core or your ERP. Your product data stays where it is.
Titles, attributes and descriptions shaped for Takealot from your own data. It doesn’t invent product facts.
Your range goes to Takealot QC in batches. If a product already exists on Takealot, we attach your offer instead of creating a duplicate.
Every submission shows its QC status. If one fails, you get a plain-English reason and the field to fix at source.
Honest expectation: Takealot approves listings through its own QC team, and sets the timing. What we control is the quality of what we submit. Listing is best effort: most sellers see a 90%+ success rate, and a listing can still fail QC. If a submission fails before it reaches Takealot, the credit comes back.
Sell the same stock in two places without sync and you’ll oversell. That means cancelled orders and a hit to your rating. So we always pair the two.
We list your range
From your store or ERP data. 25 to 100 listings a month included on a plan, then R5 per SKU.
We connect your stock
Your store or ERP stays the source of truth. Every marketplace follows it.
You sell without cancelling orders
Orders land in your hub, stock drops everywhere, fees hit your books.
Listing on its own?
We don’t sell it. Listing without sync is how oversells start.
We do our best work for brands and distributors who already have a system of record. If that’s you, most are live in under 5 days. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you upfront.
Not sure? Book the call. If we’re not a fit, we’ll say so in 20 minutes and point you somewhere better.

“The Xero automation is the best part. It just handles all our invoicing in the background so we don’t have to. It’s simple, it works, and it’s clearly built for the SA market.”
