🛍️ Orders dispatched automatically
When a marketplace or store order is ready, The Courier Guy gets it. No CSV drop at 4pm.
Orders go to The Courier Guy automatically, warehouse stock comes back so you don’t oversell, and tracking lands on the order.
A 3PL only works if clean orders actually reach it.
If someone is exporting orders to The Courier Guy and separately updating marketplace stock, you will oversell the warehouse and under-inform the buyer. The handoff has to be the same system as the rest of your channels.
