🛍️ The full Zoho flow, if you want it
Sales order, confirm, ship, invoice, payment. Or just the sales order. You choose how far automation goes.
Sales-channel orders become Zoho sales orders, invoices and payments. Stock stays right per warehouse. Returns become credit notes.
Zoho is a full ops stack. It still needs the marketplaces to write into it.
Without a proper connection, Takealot sales live in a CSV and Zoho thinks you still have the stock. That is cancelled orders and a warehouse that does not trust the system.
Sales order, confirm, ship, invoice, payment. Or just the sales order. You choose how far automation goes.
Marketplace availability can follow the Zoho warehouse you actually pick from.
Refunds can become credit notes (and a sales return) so Zoho on-hand stays true.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Zoho stays the system of truth for stock and fulfilment.
Marketplaces and stores you already sell on, plus any you still want to add.
Locations, tax, customers, which SKUs go where. We match how you already operate.
Orders, stock and returns keep flowing. Your team keeps working in Zoho.
Orders from your store and from Takealot, Amazon, Makro automatically create in Zoho. No retyping, no missed picks. A Takealot sale can become a Zoho sales order, then invoice and payment, without retyping.
Stock from Zoho updates your other channels so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Per-warehouse Zoho stock can drive every marketplace, with adjustments when the pictures drift.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Zoho current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. Zoho items can be the catalogue the channels see, including the fields you already maintain there.
Distributors and specialist retailers who run their whole marketplace business from the system they already had.
