🔗 Attach your offer, don’t clone the page
Amazon already has the catalogue. We match your products and latch your offer onto existing ASINs. No upload sheets, no waiting on a new product page.
Keep Amazon stock and prices in step with Takealot, Makro and your store. Orders arrive with FBA and commission fees attached, so margin is real. FBA and merchant-fulfilled both come through.
Amazon is a growth lever only if it shares stock with everything else.
If Amazon is a silo, you will oversell FBM, forget FBA is sitting in a DC, and reconciling payouts becomes a spreadsheet. Multi-channel brands and distributors get burned here before they get paid.
Amazon already has the catalogue. We match your products and latch your offer onto existing ASINs. No upload sheets, no waiting on a new product page.
Amazon often suffixes SKUs per fulfilment type. We treat them as one product, so a single stock figure can drive both offers. You can also see how much is sitting in Amazon’s fulfilment centres.
FBA fees, referral commission, promotions and chargebacks ride along with the order. Invoices in Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books can show what Amazon actually paid, not the badge price.
Your rules, not a generic sync
Your Amazon seller account, plus the store or ERP that holds the truth.
Buffers, price uplifts, which SKUs go to Amazon. We map it to how you actually sell.
Sync the offers you already have, or submit the rest of the range in bulk.
Stock, orders and fees keep flowing in the background.
Orders placed on Amazon automatically create in your store or ERP. No retyping, no missed picks. FBA and merchant-fulfilled orders are tagged so your warehouse is not picking an order Amazon already shipped.
Stock and price from your store or ERP stay current on Amazon so you do not oversell. Price rules per channel build in commission and fees, so every sale still leaves a margin: a 10% uplift on Takealot, a different price on Makro, a SKU held off one channel. Existing Amazon offers get stock and price updates. A separate view shows how much is sitting in Amazon’s fulfilment centres.
Titles, images and attributes you already maintain can keep Amazon current, without rebuilding a loadsheet. We match your range to Amazon’s catalogue and latch the offer. We do not create duplicate Amazon product pages.
Match the catalogue you already have to existing ASINs and go live without the listing grind.
Repricer add-on
Watch competitors on Amazon and push a winning price through your own seller account. Never below your floor. If we cannot win profitably, we hold. Price from your cost plus Amazon fees to the profit you want to keep, and let the repricer compete for the Buy Box above that floor.
Amazon Seller Flex & FBM
For brands and distributors who ship Amazon orders to buyers themselves (Seller Flex or FBM, which means you ship, not Amazon). Wherehouse connects your Amazon account to your warehouse management system (WMS), so selling, stock and shipping stay in step without retyping.
We keep your Seller Flex stock in sync with your WMS, so Amazon shows what you actually hold. As stock moves in your warehouse, Amazon quantities follow, which helps prevent overselling and stale listings.
For orders you ship yourself, Wherehouse gets the shipping label from Amazon through Amazon's Merchant Fulfillment and Easy Ship APIs. Your team picks, packs and dispatches in the workflow it already uses.
We pull each order through Amazon's Orders API and turn it into pick, pack and ship instructions inside your WMS, so every order you ship yourself goes out right.
How we handle your data. Amazon order and buyer information is processed only to fulfil and ship the buyer's order, and is handled in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy .
