A loadsheet per brand you carry
Listings built from the data you have
Makro wants its own loadsheet, attributes and images, for every brand you distribute. We build each listing from your store or ERP data, so nobody fills in another loadsheet.
Wherehouse builds each Makro listing from the data already in Shopify, WooCommerce, Cin7 Core , so nobody fills in another loadsheet. Then stock and prices stay right on Makro, for every brand you carry.
Where your stock lives · stays the source of truth

Listed from your data, then kept in sync
Your books · every fee and invoice
Trusted by South African brands and distributors
Approved vendor, reviewed by Takealot sellers
Every brand you add is another loadsheet, stock number and price to keep right. Get them wrong and you cancel orders or sell at a loss.

Oversells on a second shelf
Stock on Makro drifts the moment something sells in your shop or on Takealot. Your store or ERP stays the source of truth and Makro follows it, so you stop cancelling orders.
Prices that leak after commission
Makro’s commission comes off every sale. A price rule per channel builds it in, so a sale on Makro still makes money.
Revenue that isn’t profit
See net profit per SKU after Makro fees, shipping and your cost of goods, not just gross revenue. Fees land in Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books.
Four steps, done with you. No loadsheets, and no learning the seller portal.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Cin7 Core or your ERP. Your product data stays where it is.
Titles, attributes and descriptions shaped for Makro from your own data. It doesn’t invent product facts.
Makro gets a draft first, then we send it to QC from inside Wherehouse. If Makro already has the product, we attach your offer instead.
Every submission shows its QC status. If one fails, you get a plain-English reason and the field to fix at source.
Honest expectation: Makro approves listings through its own QC team, and sets the timing. What we control is the quality of what we submit. Listing is best effort: most sellers see a 90%+ success rate, and a listing can still fail QC. If a submission fails before it reaches Makro, the credit comes back.
Sell the same stock in two places without sync and you’ll oversell. That means cancelled orders and a hit to your rating. So we always pair the two.
We list your range
From your store or ERP data. 25 to 100 listings a month included on a plan, then R5 per SKU.
We connect your stock
Your store or ERP stays the source of truth. Every marketplace follows it.
You sell without cancelling orders
Orders land in your hub, stock drops everywhere, fees hit your books.
Listing on its own?
We don’t sell it. Listing without sync is how oversells start.
We do our best work for brands and distributors who already have a system of record. If that’s you, most are live in under 5 days. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you upfront.
Not sure? Book the call. If we’re not a fit, we’ll say so in 20 minutes and point you somewhere better.
